This Yoga is specifically directed to the female hormone system and glands. It is beneficial for the pituitary gland (hypophysis) ovaries, thyroid and adrenals. Hormone Yoga works mainly with Pranic Energies.
Led by Kathrin Wörner, an experienced hormone yoga instructors experts, this retreat offers a unique opportunity to learn the practices of Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT). Through a combination of dynamic yoga sequences, breathing exercises, and meditation, you will learn powerful techniques aimed at rejuvenating your endocrine system.

Aqua Ventura will host The Jewel of Yoga's retreats this season, providing a peaceful, nurturing and healthy background for this introspective journey. A yoga and meditation retreat is not just a wonderful holiday, but a potentially transformative healing experience that allows us to drop some of the unnecessary weight that we carry in our modern, often stressful lives. During these days, as we rest, eat, breathe and relate to others consciously and lovingly, layers of tension fall and we gain access once again to the soft core at our centre, to our true voice. We meet ourselves, away from the friction that maintaining our living circumstances has created over the years. It's a beautiful process, soft but deep, kind & meaningful, a process that will put you in contact with you once again.
To support you through it, Jenny and Igor will lead two daily yoga and meditation sessions, mindfully respectful of the body and the truths it carries, curious about the immense pool of possibilities that our incredible minds provide. Soft but invigorating, a breath based yoga practice will heal and strengthen our bodies and daily meditation will give us tools to investigate and focus our minds. During meals and resting periods, we'll meet and share about the matters of the heart, rediscovering our inherent friendliness and an open way to the other in love. Incredible food, spectacular nature, outdoors activities or walks, the healing touch of shiatsu & other body works, or simply your favourite book while laying in a hammock will complement your stay & send you home stronger, lighter, whole.
